About Will Ross
Will Ross is a native New Yorker and an emerging voice in guitar and composition. His original music is a rich blend of unique influences, from jazz to Brazillian fusion and 90s hip-hop. Well-versed in both guitar performance and music production, he is able to build sonic landscapes from the ground up.
Will studied Guitar at Oberlin Conservatory where he received private instruction from Bobby Ferrazza, Gary Bartz, and Jamey Haddad. He has also studied in Brazil with Itibere Zwarg, an accomplished composer and bassist for the imminent Hermeto Pascoal.
Will has performed with artists including Wallace Roney Jr., Malick Koly, and Cole Lumpkin. He has performed internationally in New York, Barcelona, Spain, and Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. His debut album is set to release in the summer of 2023 featuring all original compositions.
